Our Dual Powder can be used in many ways, hence the word DUAL. Dual Powder can be applied with either a powder brush or with the sponge provided. It can be worm alone for a light makeup application or "on top of your foundation" for complete coverage. Dual Powder can be used as a foundation when applied with a dampened sponge. We recommend this for oily-combination skins. Dryer skins use it best dry (with a fluffy brush) it truly is an amazing product with a creamy texture. Most skin tones find a perfect match with our colour selection.
