In the introduction/sales pitch - very clever appeal to the women " Learn to create your own personal style" and "gain knowledge to teach others what you have learned also". Easy pages navigation and simple layout make it more appealing with great content at pages like: " About Us", "Our Team", "Testimonials" and "Videos". It's understated and therefore - classy.
